Standard Shipping
In-stock merchandise will normally arrive in 7-10 business days after the order is received. Orders are shipped via USPS. The website is linked to USPS and will quote delivery based on your location.
You may return most new, unopened items fulfilled by ReelsTackle.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. After 30 days, items must be returned to the factory. The exception is Electronic items. The Manufacturers insist they have defects shipped direct to them for warranty repair or replacement. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Partial Refunds will be issued for the following Items
- All items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery. These items must be returned to the factory for exchange or refund.
- Any item that has obvious signs of use.
- Any item not returned in the condition it was received.
All returns must include Receipt and a note specifying your reason for return.
